Ikeddy Ikechukwu ISIGUZO was born 04 June 1960 in Enugu Nigeria. He has worked mainly in the print media, but features regularly on programmes on other media, especially radio and television as guest analysts on ranging public issues - economy, politics, sports, media, leadership and information management.
In a career spanning 35 years, he has been a reporter, editor, columnist and facilitator at seminars on sports, marketing, publicity, journalism education and a dedicated attention to the future of humanity. He has delivered lectures along these lines at many fora in addition to being an advocate for more meaningful uses of our sports resources.
In 2005, he became the Chairman of the Editorial Board of Vanguard, a position he currently occupies. He was the Co-ordinator of the Sports Thematic Group of Vision 20-20-20 and delivered the 2010 Daystar Leadership Lecture (Sports). He has recently completed a Master’s in Media Enterprise at the Pan-African University, Lagos.
He completed a series of lectures on the integration of the Economic Community Of West African States, ECOWAS, in January-March 2013, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The lectures were delivered at designated centres in the six geo-political zones
He is married to Acharugo Chioma Isiguzo and they have a daughter, Chidalu.
To say that Mr. Fabio Lanipekun, a seasoned Journalist and a product of the Regent Street Polytechnic, London, has been around the sporting sphere for a long time, will be only scratching the surface of his illustrious career. He took the sporting world by storm by becoming the first Sports Editor in WNTV – WNBS, Ibadan. He later moved on to become the first Manager, Sports, NTA.
His tenacity and vigour in his approach to his profession saw him cover major sporting events around the world like several editions of Nigerian National Sports Festival, ECOWS Games, All African Games, The Olympics, CAF Championships, FIFA Championships, World Cups, to mention but a few.
His enviable influence also saw him take on numerous appointments like: Member, Press, Publicity and Public Relations Sub-Committee, 2nd All African Games, Chairman, Federal Ministry of Sports Sponsorship and Marketing Committee for Atlanta ’96, in 1992’ and tens more.
What makes Mr. Fabio Lanipekun even more outstanding is that he is actually a sportsman himself. He was a member of the Methodist Boy’s High School soccer team that won the Lagos School Cup in 1961; a Gold Medalist, Long Jump Senior, Methodist Boys’ High School, 1961 and many others.
Mr. Fabio Lanipekun is a Foundation Member of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) 1964; Chairman, SWAN, 1970 and a Member of the International Sports Association.
An astute sports reporter, Felix Ojiako Awogu has a graduate diploma in Sports Management and Administration from the Wits Business School, South Africa and a degree in Social Studies Education from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
Felix Awogu has years of experience having worked as a reporter with MINAJ Broadcast International, Producer and Presenter of "Sports Pizzazz", Presenter and Reporter, SuperSports International where he is currently the General Manager.
A dedicated sports administrator, he is a member, board of trustees, Doynsyndrone Foundation, Lagos State Rugby Association and the Basketball Federation of Nigeria. He was also a member of the Marketing Committee of the 2012 National Sports festival (Eko 2012), member Media Committee Main Organising Committee, National Sports festival (Eko 2012)
Felix has been nominated by The Guardian Newspapers as "One of the 50 Nigerians of Integrity" to mark Nigeria's 50 years of Independence 2010, nominated by the Nations Newspapers as "One of the top Nigerian Personalities of 2011", nominated by the Vanguard Newspapers as "One of Nigeria's Leading Icons". He won the Nigerian League commentator of the year 2001 - 2003
A graduate of Sociology from the University of Benin, Ejiro Omonode has years of experience both as a sports man and as a sports journalist.
A representative of Bendel State for over 2 decades in Hockey, Tennis and Cricket, he also spent time with the national team cricket campaign.
As a journalist, Ejiro has worked with Complete Football, The Guardian Newspapers and Sunday Newspapers, Port Harcourt. During this period, he has covered the Olympics (Barcelona till date), various international Cricket competitions, including the quadrangular in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Gambia. He has also covered Football competitions including the African Nations Cup and the World Cup at various instances.
Ejiro Omonode is currently the Managing Director, Mastersports.
Dr (Mrs.) Obajimi is a graduate of Education, Physical and Health Education from University of Ife. She also holds Masters in Sports Administration from University of Lagos and PhD in sports administration from University of Ibadan.
She has attended various international sports courses and conferences and presently Acting Registrar, National Institute for Sports, Lagos. Dr. (Mrs.) Obajimi has also represented Nigeria at various competitions from secondary school days in 1971 to 1981 in 400m, 800m, 4x100m and 4x400m that included:
• Sportswoman of the Year, Western State – 1971.
• Olympic Games, Montreal, Canada 1976 (boycotted), Olympic Games, Moscow, 1980, All Africa University, Nairobi, Kenya, 1978, 3rd All Africa Games, Algiers, 1978, World University games, (FISU) Mexico, 1979, Ist African Championships, Dakar, Senegal, 1979, World University Games (FISU) Romania, 1981 and won the following laurels:
• Awarded "future star" full secondary school scholarship by the Nigeria Olympic Association.
• Sportswoman of the Year, 1979/1980, University of Ife, Ile Ife.
• All Africa University Games, Nairobi, 1978 - Gold in 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m and Bronze in 800m.
• Member, 4 x 400m relay team that set a new African record in Stuttgart, 1980.

She's served in different committees at different times; a member and President of various sports bodies, parts of which are: Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Nigeria Association of Women in Sports (NAWIS) and Nigeria Athletics Masters.
Born: 5 DEC 1968 in Ode Lemo, Ogun state, NIGERIA, Falilat attended Mississippi State University from 1987-1992 and graduated with a degree in Education.
Falilat Ogunkoya is a famous name in the sports (athletics) circle. She is a Nigerian athlete that has participated in many national and international athletics competitions including the Olympics Games and won laurels for our great country, Nigeria and our continent Africa. She started athletics in High School in 1983, in Ogun state of Nigeria under the watchful eyes of coach John Afuwape. She began to run the sprints as a junior athlete; won the 200 meters and was a member of the winning 400 meter relay team at 1984 African Zone 3 Junior Championships in Accra, Ghana.
Nigerian's Falilat Ogunkoya actually put in over twenty years of active athletic activities with resounding successes in very many major competitions and Track meets all over the world. She is the first female Nigerian athlete to win an individual Olympic medal, first Nigerian to win two medals in the same Olympics, a silver and a bronze at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and still holds the African record in 400-metres event until date.
Falilat was inducted to the all of fame in 1998 after she became the first person in school history to win an Olympic medal. In her collegiate years at MSU, she made All-American honors several times in the 100, 200 and 400 meters.
Chief Falilat Ogunkoya (MON), a member of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has now set up FALILAT OGUNKOYA SPORT FOUNDATION.
Fred Edoreh is the chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Lagos chapter in which he has also served as secretary. A renowned sports journalist, broadcaster, analyst and sports development strategist, he is reputed to have created, produced and presented several radio and television sports programmes and magazines and has travelled widely across the world to cover major sporting events like the Olympic Games, the Commonwealth Games and other world championships in the course of his professional practice .
A member of the Association of International Sports Press (AIPS) and an ex-officio of the Lagos Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, he has played and continues to play significant roles in the organisation and promotion of many major sporting events in Nigeria and across Africa.
P. Tade Adekunle holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Arts from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He has worked in various organisation over the years among which are; Automania, Collective Artistes, SO&U Saatchi & Saatchi and Fidelity Bank Plc. He joined the Cosse group in 1999 – first overseeing Videolab and Audiolab and became the pioneer General Manager of Towncriers in 2001.
In his student days, Tade was once the President of ATAS IU as well as Vice President of Nigerian Universities Theatre Arts Students’ Association (NUTASA). At the national level, Tade was a past National President of National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (NANTAP) 1998 - 2003. He has served in various Federal Government Committees – Ministerial Committee on the review of Cultural Policy (2000 – 2001), Ministerial Committee on the establishment of the National Endowments for the Arts (2001 – 2003) among others.
Tade contributes articles on socio-political and cultural issues in leading national dailies in Nigeria. He is a member of International Special Events Society (ISES) and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and has attended various training courses and conferences both in Nigeria and abroad. He is currently serving as a member of the Steering Committee of the International Network of Cultural Diversity (INCD), Canada and Arterial Network.
Tade Adekunle is currently the Project Consultant/CEO of KESKESE Limited – an experiential marketing /brand activation company in Lagos.

He has years of experience working with Towncriers ltd, FKG2 Ltd, Tequila events Nigeria Ltd, Silverbird Entertainment and Solsan communications. During his stay at these organizations, he managed various accounts like MTN, BAT (Benson & Hedges, ST. Moritz, Rothmans, Pallmall and Dunhill), Guinness, SFH, Western Union, Standard Chartered Bank and De-united foods to mention a few.
